Yes, we carry general liability insurance and a builder’s risk policy for your new home. We are a licensed residential and commercial contractor in Arkansas.

We focus our construction efforts in Benton County, specifically in Rogers, Little Flock, Avoca, Pea Ridge, and Bentonville. These cities are all within a short drive of our home office allowing more direct supervision which results in a higher quality home.

We do not offer financing at this time.

Each home is unique. As a result, building times vary from project to project. Typically, we are able to complete the building process within 7-14 months. Many factors can affect construction timelines such as weather, availability of construction materials, and client selection turnaround times.

If you haven’t already purchased a lot, get in touch with a builder. We have found that the best results come from partnering with a builder before you start looking for land. Lots can be unbuildable due to flood plains, zoning requirements, or poor soils. It is best to know this up front before purchasing a lot.

We work with you to determine which allowances are necessary and what value we should set for each amount so that they work for you.
